So, I haven't written on this for a couple of days now because I've been preparing to make this... I haven't finished it all yet... but it's getting closer so i can relax a little now :D... I did all the shading in little dots like a comic... it took an age... 5 hours to be precice... its on a 40x50cm canvas - just so you know how big it is :P
In other news, I spent the weekend with Emma... it was pretty cool... I got a load of random old looking shit to scatter around my room ^ ^ Oh and we gave each other smilies... incase you don't know what it is, it ends up looking like this:
This one is really distinctively in the shape of the lighter... but it's actually pretty fun... I seriously was terrified cos I thought it would kill... but it's a nice sort of pain... if you get my meaning... it's all warm and tingly... and doesn't really hurt... and yes, I realise it makes me look like a bit of an emo... but I'd never really do it by myself... smilies are more of a group activity for me... gotta love socialising via pain XD... they're sort of boring and sad when you do it on your own :P
I might make a little tutorial on how to do one so if you wanna try it you don't end up really hurting a friend or your self ;)
